|Recommended: YesA Splendid Place To Call Home — I have lived here since October 2007, so that will make a 11 years this fall. This has been by far the best apartment community that I have ever lived in. The staff has always been great, and the grounds are always clean and nice. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, they have always been quick to rectify the problem and or repair. The area is safe, and is an overall great place to live, and I am proud to call Courtney Manor home

|Recommended: YesNice and peaceful appartment — Main reason I came here for school which is located nearby, Staff is well cooperative. Any Maintenance issues will be resolved in time. Community is also very polite and generous.

|Recommended: YesThe look of the place is what stands out the most — I love living here because I have all the amenities right here where I live I don't have to go know where I can do it all right here in my complex and that is what I love about living here...keep up the good job from the staff to the Courtney Manor apartments and the landscape it all is amazing and we look forward to staying here in the future.
